Robert Feldt, founder of Exeldt Advisory, is a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in Information Management (IT), has a law degree and has extensive project and contract management, procurement and legal project management experience. Robert has worked for a Danish property fund and asset manager, for a special engineering company with projects worldwide and for the Legal Service Line of PricewaterhouseCoopers Germany. He has successfully completed several M&A and Real Estate transactions. He has analyzed, negotiated and managed complex contracts, introduced contract management structures to minimize risk exposure and advised management on a wide range of legal and commercial issues. He has delivered significant cost savings by optimizing third party contracts, by introducing controlling tools and processes and by utilizing innovative IT-solutions. While managing projects he has gained valuable cross border transaction experience. He has a very good understanding of technology and a broad IT-background. Due to his international background and experience, he is fluent in English, German, Danish and Dutch.
